At first it seemed like a suspicious coincidence that the Duke Lacrosse Case was finally being dropped at exactly the same time that Al Sharpton went after Don Imus over what-seemed a nothing remark. Typically when some big shot says something that sends a civil rights shake-down artist into a dither, some money changes hands, the big shot apologizes and that’s the end of the story. Why was Al Sharpton so insistent that Don Imus be FIRED (and nothing less than fired) over a trivial remark?
Al Sharpton NEEDED a distraction. For the past year, Sharpton was smearing, defaming and slandering three innocent White students at Duke University, whose only “crime” was to insult a Black stripper and hurt her feelings. The Duke students were throwing a frat party. They had asked for White or Latino strippers and were upset when two Black strippers showed up. Some of the students proceeded to insult the strippers and one or two drunk students may even have called a stripper the N-word. (Horror, Shock, Gasp!!!) One of the strippers responded by vindictively accusing three of the Duke students of rape. There was every indication at the beginning of this case that it was groundless, but the corrupt District Attorney Michael Nifong decided to ruin the lives of three innocent White students and Al Sharpton jumped in to attack the White students as well.
How sad. The blacks in America think Sharpton is a hero but in reality he is no different than Jessie Jackson. Both use the Blacks as a cash cow to fund their own interest.

In 2006, 3 members of the Duke University students were accused of raping and kidnapping. Last Wednesday, North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper cited their accuser’s continually changing version of events when he announced his decision to drop charges against Seligmann, of New Jersey, and his former teammates Dave Evans, 24, of Maryland, and Collin Finnerty, 20, of New York. The three men were arrested and the entire men’s lacrosse program was suspended for the season following a complaint by exotic dancer Crystal Mangum, 28, that she was raped after performing at a house party on March 13, 2006.
Charges should be brought against the accusers. The lives of the 3 young men accused have been forever changed. From what I have read there are no plans to bring charges against the accusers. The WHITE District Attorney however, is probably going to be disbarred.

If you don’t agree with the content of a television show or don’t like a movie then you just change the channel or don’t watch the movie. If you don’t like what Don Imus said then don’t listen to his show. There are others in the media industry that make statements about Blacks, Asians, Whites, and other races. Why is it that the only people persecuted for saying a derogatory remark are those that say something about the blacks.

The pendulum has swung way too far. It is ridiculous that there is a Black Miss America. Let someone try to have a White Miss America pageant and see what happens. Why is it acceptable to have a Black Entertainment Television network? There should also be a White Entertainment network. Why do blacks get a whole month to celebrate their history? Which month is going to be designated as White History Month? I am sick and tired of the double standard. This is my blog and this is what I think. I would like to know what you think.
